What the head gets

You are responsible for security. We take the question off your plate

Requirement met

The OCIB is built and running: you have fulfilled the obligation instead of postponing it.

Inspection-ready

Logs, events, pentest results and NCISC exports are kept in one place and ready to show.

Clear accountability

One contractor under a contract governed by Kazakhstan law instead of a chain of subcontractors and foreign vendors.

Skills stay with you

We train your own specialists, so the center does not fall apart when the contract ends.

Regulatory basis

What is required of public sector information systems

I

An in-house OCIB

The information system of a government body must provide its own information security operations center or procure its services from third parties.

II

Requirements from 10.03.2026

Mandatory information security requirements apply to government bodies, the quasi-public sector and critical ICT infrastructure facilities.

III

Liaison with the NCISC

An organization's information security is built in cooperation with the National Coordination Center for Information Security.

Who needs an OCIB

Not only government bodies

The obligation to have an OCIB or buy its services applies to three groups of organizations.

Government bodies and the quasi-public sector

Government bodies, local executive bodies, state legal entities and quasi-public sector entities.

An in-house OCIB or OCIB services from third parties

Owners of critical ICT facilities

Operators of critical information and communication infrastructure facilities, including private companies.

For private owners: within six months of the facility being added to the critical ICT facilities list

Companies integrating with government systems

Owners of non-government information systems that connect to government information systems or create government electronic information resources.

An OCIB is needed before integration

Basis: amendments to the unified ICT and information security requirements (Resolution of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated 25.02.2026, in force since 10.03.2026). National monitoring of government cybersecurity events is carried out by JSC «GTS»: an in-house OCIB does not replace it but covers your part.

Your security center. Under your control

Events, logs and exports for the NCISC are gathered in one console inside your perimeter.

Security that stays with you

Four principles on which the public sector solution is built.

Data stays in your perimeter

The platform is deployed inside the customer's infrastructure and never leaves it.

Built in Kazakhstan

A domestic platform and a team you can work with in person and in the state language.

Contract under Kazakhstan law

Legal relations, liability and confidentiality are governed by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

Knowledge transfer

We train in-house specialists so that the security center lives in your organization, not at a contractor.
