Red Team
Not a list of vulnerabilities, but proof in practice
We reproduce a real attack from start to finish and show where it leads: access to the database, changed records, a stopped service. You see not theory but the concrete damage an attacker could cause.
What is included
- Everything included in the pentest
- Reproduction of each vulnerability with evidence
- Demonstration of impact: database access, record tampering, denial of service
- Attack chains: from the website to internal systems
- Staff testing: phishing and social engineering
- Testing whether your team notices the attack
- Executive briefing and technical report
- Retest after fixes
All actions are carried out strictly under contract and within agreed boundaries. Scenarios that affect system operation are run with written consent, at an agreed time or on a test copy, with a recovery plan prepared in advance.
How the work goes
- 01Rules of engagement
We agree on goals, systems, timing and permitted impact. Everything is fixed in the contract and written authorization.
- 02Recon and entry
We look for a way in just as an attacker would: through the website, services or employees.
- 03Attack progression
We move toward key systems and data, recording every step.
- 04Impact demonstration
We show the consequences within agreed limits: data changes, service denial, database access.
- 05Debrief and defense
We hold a briefing, hand over the report and a remediation plan, and recheck after the fixes.
What you get
- ✓Executive report: what could have happened and what it would have cost
- ✓Technical report with the full attack chain
- ✓Prioritized remediation plan
- ✓Briefing with management and the IT team
Personal data law requirements
From 21 September 2026 the scope of mandatory protection measures depends on the number of people in your databases (customers, employees, candidates, subscribers):
The fine for failing to apply protection measures is up to 600 MCI, and up to 2,000 MCI for loss of data (Art. 79 of the Administrative Code of Kazakhstan). We will help you determine your category for free.
